Default Where is the thermostat?

Anyone know where the thermostat is located on a 01 S4? I know it's on the passenger side of the block up front, but I can't locate it? How big of a pain is it to change?

ok I just changed mine.I did mine during my timing belt change. the housing sits rite next to the water pump to the left. (passenger side). under the left tb cover. there is 2 or 3 bolts the hold it in place. (its black and plastic) hope that helps.

I think i'm gonna try the easiest thing first and bleed the system. A few people I have seen on here seem to have had this problem and bleeding helped. I'm trying to narrow it down simple things first. I know there are 2 bleeders and a vent. The bleeder by the p/s pump I found. How do you get the the bleeder at the heat exchanger and at the expansion tank? Thanks in advance for all the help.
