Exclamation 2001 s4 cel hard accel issue?

hey i just recently purchased a 2001 shiftronic s4 with 55000 miles on it and it drives great when im just cruising around town (40ish mph) but for some reason when im at wot a few second later i would notice the cel come on. it would shut off by itself after a few days until i did some hard acceleration. i read on some forums it could potentially be pretty serious but there wasnt any information on what those drivers did to fix it that i could find.. any ideas?

just got back form autozone and they gave me this:

OEM Brand: Volkswagen

Definition
Torque converter clutch circuit performance or
stuck on
Explanation
Open or short circuit condition
Probable cause
1.- Poor electrical connection
2.- Failed torque converter clutch solenoid
3.- Blocked oil passage

Read on another forum about low tiptronic fluid but...any other ideas? suggestions?
