I did the DIY of the yellow reflector removal of the hid headlights, sealed everything up and looking good. How ever I noticed today a good amount of water in my driver side headlight. So on the drive home the headlight warning signal went off on my cluster, and my hid bulb was out! Went home removed it again took a blow dryer to it and dried it out. put it back and it works!! Then all of a sudden stopped working! took the headlight out again and noticed a electrical burning smell (F**K!!). Any ideas what is needed, Ballast, Igniter, ECT?

p.s The fuse is good and bulb is new.
