i got a S4 2000 looking to make stage 3 but wanna work my way up to that. mostly all stock> im not gonna lie im a noob to all this but hopin for some advice on what to start off with just to show these **** talkers i know how to race im lookin into vast performance parts they look legit. if anyone can help out id appreciate it looking to spend atleast 3,000 to start what should i get???

 

any stage one ecu(awe, apr, mtm, etc.),coil-overs(bilstein pss9's, kw v2 or 3, etc), turbo-back exhaust(3in. plus), diverter valves, and silicone throttle body boot.

 

get a custom tune, exhaust, and coilovers. might have enough for a short shifter upgrade.
coilovers --750
tuned car --499
meth injection-325
custom exhaust--500
short shifter--250 ish.
750 left can go to clutch upgrade, IC upgrade, or maintenence costs which you will have. oh.. and i prefer EPL.

lol. nope.. not slammed. i like good looks, but i enjoy the more aggressive, european sporty look, and i think if i slam it i may compromise the control arms, tie rods and other suspension movements if i try and go too low; i want as superior of a handling car , so im at 24 and 7/8 all around... and i tell you what, handle it does. went on some country roads the other night close to where my dad lives, and the drag strip has NEVER gotten my adrenaline pumping like the way this car handles now. camber is close to -1.6ish all around. -.08 in the front and -.14 in the rear on toe. car cuts corners and curves like it weighs 2900..lol..

and whats your audizine name?? how did you know i had ST's?? just knew of the sale and put my listed cost for coilovers and that info together?? lol..

 

i'm on audizine under the same name. i barely post. use it more for product updates and group buys. i saw you commenting on your coils a little while ago in a random thread. i'm looking for the same type of ride stance/look. i'm leaning towards the pss9's or kw 2+. glad you enjoy the new suspension.

borla exhaust sounds very nice... loud enough to enjoy, but not so loud its annoying.
I've been in a couple s4's with a borla, and i have one for my car.
ssac turbo back is also a good bang for your buck option... i know a couple guys running it who like it alot.
do yourself a favor and don't do straight pipes... very loud. if you want that option install some dumps for the track.

 

im thinkin of getting piggied pipes i heard those were great with a borla exhaust
