2000 Audi S4, 141K, Good Buy?

2000 Audi S4, 141K, Good Buy?
I found a great deal on a 2000 Audi S4. However, there are a few things about it that make me weary...
1. It was repossessed by the bank, so the maintenance history is unknown. If I got it checked out by an Audi specialist, though, could it potentially be a good buy?
2. Radio missing. Prior owner, according to the dealer, removed it before the car was repossessed. Would it be hard to get my hands on a replacement? Would the replacement be difficult? Apparently, it has an eight speaker stereo.
3. Bumper cover is missing.
4. Relatively high mileage at 141,000. Will maintenance and repairs end up costing me an arm and a leg?
