How can you tell if its chipped???? Other than a boost gauge, he's boosting 15psi, I say like 17psi, but my friend thinks its stock. I don't think so. I wanna bet him $300 that he's not stock.

How much do those cars boost stock? Just an intake, that's all he got.

Pretty sure stock boost on a 2.7T should be in the neighborhood of 10psi

 

7psi is stock, you should be hitting no more than 8-9 spike and 7psi hold. Sounds like your buddy has APR. Most conservative of all the off the shelf files.
