Default RS6 transmission "learning"?

My RS6 is running very "uneaven" and "jerky"for a short period (about 10-15 seconds) after a significant acceleration and I let back on the gas pedal to even speed or even when I slow down to crawling speed. Does anyone know what this is? The dealer suggested the transmission is trying to "learn" my driving preferences. Thishappensin the "D" and"S" mode as well as when I use the pedals.
Thanks.

Default Bull honky

another dealer tech without a clue. The transmission does have adaptive learning software but it should not ever be jerky as you describe. There are numerous posts of such behavior, but it is generally sporadic and believed to be just a glitch in the system, not normal behavior. Mine's done it a few times, all long after I got it (plenty of time for it to have learned my "style").

Default RE: Bull honky

Thanks for the feedback. Did you ever find out exactly what caused it and did it ever go away? I'm taking mine in to the dealer tomorrow. Hopefully they will find out what it is and fix it. However, after making a few calls to different service reps., I don't have my hopes very high. All of them (two calls)said they had not encountered these symptoms before. I'll share my progress - assuming there will be progress.
