Default Speed TV dropping F1 & WRC

I received an email yesterday stating that Speed TV was dropping several forms of motorsports this year namely Formula One and WRC. Along with the email was a petition to Speed TV to try to get them to change their point of view. I'm calling on all racing fans to take a minute and fill out the petition and pass it along to as many people as possible. Thanks for the help.

Speed is still showing F1. CBS bought some races though. And that stinks because Speed shows the races live and has better announcers. And I say that even though one of the announcers has turrets syndrome and can't make it through a race without saying "Senna".

The European Grand Prix was today on Speed live. That petition will be useless, Fox owns part (or most) of Speed and they have a huge investment in their sh__ty Nascar coverage.

Ya, getting rid of nascar would be like asking to get rid of american idol. the ammount of people that watch nascar is rediculous. I don't get it, we don't get it, but millions of people do, and that's what counts I guess. Speed tv doesnt air the nascar qualifying, pre-race show, driver profile show, and the inside info shows for nothing. I wish they had those shows for F1 and MotoGP...

They should just change the title to NascarTV and be done with it.[sm=bangbang.gif]

It makes me so angry that at any given time i check Speed to see whats on.............yup its NASCAR. I know there are milions of nascar fans and that speed makes a ton of money from them. However how can you call yourself Speed If your not showing F1, MOTOGP, WRC, F2000, Formula BMW, ALMS. There are so manyawesome kinds of motorsport out there. I think they would be better off making a NASCAR channel that could be all nascar all the time, they could probley even charge for it like the NBA leauge pass or NHL center ice type of channel.Thenthey can put everthing elese on Speed andI would be a sane person again!!!!!!!!!!!
