When it comes to snow, wet roads, and dirt roads, BMW's awd system lacks, but on dry roads and chucking the car through corners and launching hard, it's a pretty decent system. It's not bullet-proof like Quattro, but it gets the job done.

corvette no question it willl beat the new m3. whether 1/4 or road race. The corvettes have greatly improved handling. As for G's... not sure which pulls more. BMW guys think their **** can beat everything cuz it's a beemer. I don't like the interiors that much... corvette not any better lol. Audi FTW!

C6 Z06 0-60 = 3.7 seconds (in first gear)
E90 M3 0-60 = 4.1 seconds

Z06 skid pad = .98g
E90 skid pad = .98g
Z05 skid pad = .88g
E46 skid pad = .98g
(stock tires and suspension)
Like I said before, the new Z06 handles the way M3's always have. American cars are nice in a straight line, which is the weakest kind of racing out there, but now they finally can go around corners, too.
