I hear ya. My ex used to **** and moan about me driving too fast, but I consider myself very safe. Then she tailgates at 75mph and I'm sweatin' bullets. To those that have gf's that are cool with it, hang on to them.

 

my gf has her good and bad qualities with my driving

i tell her 'i wonder if i can hit 130 mph going down this hill' (on I-95 with no other cars) she replies 'ok go for it, im sure u wont be able to do it' EGGING ME ON haha

but if i tell her im going snow drifing in an empty parking lot she is scared outta her mind and has never done it with me and refuses

the thing that bothers me with her driving is that she is careless about the car. a perfect example is her reving her car to like 4k rpms right outta the driveway. ay that kills me everytime. but luckily i dont have to deal with her car since 'daddy' is a mechaninc for GM and shes got that hideous pontiac aztek

 

I don't let my wife OR my girlfriend influence my driving. If they don't like it, the door is right there, and so is the curb. How can you possibly be aware of how your car reacts in a bad situation if you don't know the limits of what it can do?

 

Unless she's got a killer bod (pics may be required, for proof), or some sort of *special* talent, we may need you to dump her, for having an Aztek, if you're to remain a member in "good" standing.
