besides the usual turkey stuff. what good side dishes or desserts do you love that you only get at thanksgiving or christmas? and do you totally make a pig of yourself at these feasts?
and make sure you give lots of praise to the cook that's feeding you. that's always a nice reward for all the time spent preparing!
any thoughts? give a recipe if you want. i'd also like to know if there are any men that have specialty dishes that only THEY know how to make.

 

oh man..im pumped..i love all of our thanksgiving food..except when my mom makes squash, shes the only one that likes that..or sweet potatoes.

But defiantely the top that i usually only get on thanksgiving..and maybe xmas is wild rice. mmmm.

But i also like stuffing..but thats not all that uncommon.

 

Mash potatoes... Candied yams... PUMPKIN PIE... I LOVE THIS TIME OF YEAR!!! YAY!!!!!!!!

I love all food....The only problem is I'm a wrestler. We a meet on fri and sat and i have to cut weight

But Im in love with pumpkin pie...cheesecake...turkey....i better stop now im getting hungry

I love it all.. and esp love leftovers and turkey sandwiches with cranberry sauce.. ohh yeah!!
