i know too bad they have a tendency to explode. litterally! thats why we dont have the rx-7 anymore is becuase ford lost billions of dollars in lawsuits

its totally different in almost every aspect. for one the "Cylinder" is made of chrome-moly in stead of hardend steel. the problem was the twin turbo rx7s put so much air in the engine so fast that the explotion would weaken the walls little by little.

Sweet, I never did understand how the rotary engine worked. I've got a better idea now, but still not so great. Explain it in short, will you?

isnt the RX-7 a single rotor engine? or did 3rd gen come out with a twin rotor?

its been a 2 rotor since 1986. mazda has 3-rotor engine called the 20B, its a 3-rotor twin turbo in sequential trim that will fit into a RX-7. if i got an rx7 thats what id do
