"I did it 'cuz I wanted to; it's fun to do bad things" WTF?? If that was my kid, the little snot wouldn't have contact of any kind with anyone his age for at least six months. And I would force him to set fire to his video games and console and then sit and watch it burn. Oh, and as forthe damage to the cars and mail boxes and so on; let's just say little Mr. Hoodrat is going to be mowing a lot of lawns for the next few years, and never see a dime of the profits go into his own pocket.

That sucks that he's too young for the juvenile justice system; now he's going toget the impressionthat stuff like this has no consequences.
