I have both.. I like the lineups on Faction 28 for Sirius... and that you can listen to all the NFL games... on XM you can get all the hockey and baseball games.. FM sucks!! I have been leaning more towards CD's and MP3's lately.. Just havent found a channel that I really like on XM yet...
