hi guys... just joined the forum.
Actually have a reason for joining, and that is to let you guys know about a company called xenonzone... coz they might frequent this forum.

Anyways - it could save some of you some money.

I have a company called revo performance. We purchased parts from xenonzone to the value of about $1200.
The contact person there was Tristan Schwalbach [who I am busy tracking down at the moment, by employing a PI]
Payment was made in June 2006 ... today, we hav still not received any parts.

First he claimed the parts were sent bu DHL. He gave a tracking number, which I sent to DHL.
DHL came back to me saying that is for package sent from China to Kuwait!
Then h forged a dhl document and filled in his own details to make it look legit.
Then he claimed DHL says the ackage was at a warehouse, and that he would get it back and then resend it to me.

So I waited.... a week or 2 later, he says parts were damaged, and he was going to get new parts.
I give him a chance [like a fool]

Then he says he sent them with UPS.
I ask for the tracking number and couments.. he says he can't scan it cos the scanners light is too bright .. he can't take a pic on his digi cam, coz the battery needs to be charged... can't this and that.
So he eventually sends me a tracking numner, which I send to UPS.... guess what - UPS says it's invalid.

Then he starts ignoring my emails and not responding.

Yesterday, he replies to me saying, he doesn't know who I am and good luck finding the person I'm looking for.... this from the same email address he's been sending his mails from.. from the same telephone number he gave me... and his bank details all are valid as his.
It's like his gone all schizzo.

I'm still out $1200.... I'm still out of parts..

Beware of this guy and his company!

Ok, enough said.... just had to vent.

I'm busy with legal action and whatever else I can, to take action againstthis thieving punk.
