Yeah the rotary turbo swap is cheap and easy I hear for the Miata! I would go miata, but I'm the guy that started the turbo miata thread, too. haha!
I know they are seen as homosexual cars... or girl cars... and I don't entirely disagree. Although I maintain that they are great cars, in that they were a landmark for mazda, and offered quite the pkg: rwd coupe, over a g on the skidpad, great fuel economy, insane reliability -- and get this, a miata is the single CHEAPEST insurance quote I've ever received. Next cheapest quote was a 1990 VW passat @ 1900~ --> the miata was 1600~ a year. INSANE!
