i'm not so sure about that one!!
as far as i knowarents are liable for what ever goes on in their home regardless of if they're home or not!!

I can't find the link, but I once found a link from Wikipedia that had a map of the state laws. In some states, minors couldn't drink at home at all, in others you could drink if your parents gave you permission, and in others you could drink only if you were at home AND your parents/guardians were present.

Plus, I think the mayor of Sangamon county once made a statement that it was legal for minors to drink at home.

Besides, all I drink is wine. And if the government didn't put so much emphasis on age restrictions, there probably wouldn't be as many DUI's, in my opinion.

I got a big poster in my drivers ed room that shows the consequences of drinking it, or trying to buy some.?could be out of date??? orthey could be liars.???i thinkits different if it happens inyour home though.
