I used to use Spy Bot S&D and I liked it, but I was told that it includes spyware itself. Dunt know if thats true or not

Using the firewalls are prob the best way to go.. i do the same thing

I love this mentality.

3 firewalls are better than one.

Just like three condoms are better than one
