I just installed Vista on my IBM T43 laptop and I love it. I had it so it was a triple boot system - WinXP, Vista, and Fedora6(linux), but I decided to just ditch XP and stick with a dual boot of Vista and Fedora. Ive had no compatability issues yet, and I love the new look/feel. I'm an IT student at RIT and I actually get legit copies of Vista Business for free. I have XP on my desktop, but I'm definately switching to Vista/Fedora combo.
If anyone is considering switching to Vista, just make sure you have at least 1GB of ram and a decent processor. Also if you want the cool window effects (aero) be sure to have a good video card.

the only reason i got it was becuase it was so cheep. i thought about selling it for teh org price and making a buck so i could get alky injection but i decided to just load it
