There are 3 or 4 of them around here in Tampa. I've seen them a few times but never have a camera with me....or they fly by me so fast I don't have time to get my phone out to snap a pic. I did get to talk to one guy I came across in the back of a shopping complex though, he was waiting on some other guys (one with a porche and one with a BMW) they were pretty cool, and his R8 hauled serious @$$.

There is a few rolling around my town but never bother to take any pictures. Just to say this before you guys bash me on here I love audi's but the r8 is just a huge waste of money IMO! they run here at $190 000CDN which is like $205 000 USD and for that price id be looking at a used lambo or a ferarri way better car and in Leifers words "girls would throw their vaginas" at those cars insanely, although I have driven the ferrari's and Lambos and not the r8 I would take those two cars any day without even taking a glance at the r8

girlfriends dad has one... and a porsche 911 turbo... and a cayane S... and and A8L... yea... he wont let me drive the R8 yet though haha

I like how the pics are shown from the back side of the car first, and then in his mirror, like he up and passed the R8. Silly.
I've yet to see one IRL, but I hope to get the chance when I'm back from deployment.

Seen several last week. I saw a silver one, no plates, on PCH in No. Laguan Beach. Some lady was driving it. Also saw a grey one on the 5fwy in Mission Viejo.

I've seen a couple in some of the dealerships around here... got a chance to sit in them. Pics are on this site somewhere. They also had one on display at the Sacramento Int'l. Auto Show, but they had it locked (for good reason).

Oh, and Lamborghinis are for people with too much money and not enough taste.

Check the power ratings and the speeds etc.... I went 334km/h in porsche very hard to beat with an r8
if you have the money though just get a veyron...
the r8 though... cmon, if you were given one youd take it...i hope... right?
