i believe hte VIN still belongs to ford, but with registration also at Saleen, but I'm not so sure.

but once again, I'll agree that your perception of the manufacturer is up for interpretation. Once these companies are done with the cars... they're hardly OEM anymore.

amg and m are teh same just like SRT or STi or any other thing. They are like the same company. Dinan however is a different company. Go to fast-autos.net and look at all the manufactors. AMG is not there. so that is what i wold base it on. Also it is Suh- leen say leen would be spelt saline. also steve saleen says suh-leen.

 

RUF to Porche works... AMG doesn't
AMG is Benz's performance division, like Audi's S and RS, Fords SVT, Chryslers SRT, etc.
AMG is not an out of house tuner.
