oh road trip wins hands down... i havent gone 800 miles before but i have done a couple 500ers and theyre always awesome. im sure the car will be fine. definitely bring a camera and post some pics from the trip!

my brother and I made it from Georgia to Los angeles in 40 hours, we only stopped once after pulled over in texas with expired plates. We where 10 miles from the border and the officer let us go. close call

Velo, I will love to be at the GTG. I have to see how soon it work outs, and when I will be able to leave from my current Job in DC.

 

If you do decide to make the road trip, make sure to cover the fornt of your car with a bra or some painters tape for some extra protection.

 

I thought of that...I know it can get pretty nasty on freeways...especially extended driving condition.

 

cross country road trip is high on my list of things to do before I die I am pretty jealous that you will be crossing it off.

On a side note how will you be able to part with living in the district? I mean between the ice, the WTO protests, the rediculous humidity, and the snobby peopleI would miss it to much...[8D]

I like winters in east-coast, but the humidity kills me. I have adapted myself to live with snobs...and I will miss east-coast for many other reasons! It's a lot of things to do before I move...so kind of excited!
