AF is the best forum there is.

We're like family here.

lol, i don't doubt the family bond you guys have here, honestly I just feel a lot of tech posts go unanswered and leave me searching for answers elsewhere.

I started on AudiWorld before i found AF. Very few cool guys in the TT section there, and the few I thought were alright also poke their head in here, so I guess that says something about this place.

Some good technical info there.

Vortex is good for parts.

Thats about it.

Depending on what you ask. There are times someone asks a question and I intentionally don't answer it because the subject has came up a lot and the answer is a search button away. I prefer not to answer instead of flaming.

Also if you know who the knowledgeable members are, you can directly send them a PM, which they will happily reply and answer (I've done this several times).

I feel like AF has many knowledgeable members (granted some more knowledgeable in certain areas compared to the others). I also feel this place is the most accepting regardless of the modding style you choose. That's why our members vary from the stupid low, all go, all show, even to OEM+.

It also depends on where you post your questions... I try once a day to peruse through the new B5 section threads, and if I can give good, knowledgable advise, I do. If I know nothing about the subject, I don't pretend like I know. Everything I've learned about my Audi, I learned from hands on, using AF.com as my guide.

I kinda feel bad for not really answering anything in the TT section anymore because I've answered a lot of it before. I mostly feel bad because the place is pretty much dead these days, all the good guys were driven off.

I've started becoming more active on the zine lately, but usually spend most of my time here.

I honestly spend the majority of my time on the zine, but I also only spend my time there in the GCC so yeah...I'm a GCC/OT ***** now that I don't have an Audi.
