no, i've just been super busy with work and moving (yes, i moved, AGAIN!)...but now i've got a permanent place to live and a permanent (for now ) job, so i'm starting to have contact with the outside world again...i'll definitely be posting more now though, i miss this place!

it's nice that people actually noticed i was missing, you guys are the mans!!!!

and lauren, i'll be glad to deliver on that sex next time you're in town [8D]

on a side note, i finally hit one of those walls you were telling me so much about..it took about 6 months...but yea, i've been slacking off big time for a few weeks now..moving and changing jobs hasn't helped much either but i definitely hit the wall..i think i'm gonna kick back until after christmas, i'm only going a couple days a week right now..how's life been to you lately?

 

well I recked my last audi, messed up my rist really bad had to stop working out for a bit, I failed my series 7 twice, but I bought a stage 3+ car.. so things have been interesting..

glad to hear you are doing well, dont slack off in you gym Mr. or you will never push through that wall.. tweek your workout a bit, and get some more protien... moving is never fun, and changing jobs can take a toll, im sure everyting will pan out in a few weeks.. have a gread holiday (xmass and new years) if you get lost in the shuffle again..
