I spend a good amount of time meditating, cleaning my guns, and lying with my head in my girlfriends lap letting her pet my head (she can do that for hours and not get bored!)

 

well Kolbs it probably wont help you much now but sometime this summer go to a beach wake up at 6am and go surfing... theres nothing better.

but since its winter:

definitely go drive on some nice winding back roads

sit around and watch movies all day (with pizza of course) and dont think about anything else

go for a nice night out on the town with some friends

GO SNOWBOARDING!!

 

snowboarding is fun, but I've only been once and it resulted in a busted rib ... as soon as it's healed I'm going back again though lol

 

a broken rib sounds very relaxing!
i think all that stuff mentioned above, snowboarding, skiing, etc, etc, sounds more exhilarating than relaxing.
relaxing is supposed to calm you down, not rev you up!

 

haha it's cool, not too bad. It's nice to feel alive again :P, I havent done any sports that fight back in ~6 years or so... Not since played rugby back home in .au.

but getting revved up and an adrenaline rush is good for ya, since you get really tired by the end of the day and the other chemicals that are released to balance things out tend to make you feel pretty good. A REALLY good nights sleep will make you feel better the next day.

 

I play soccer thats the thing i love or place chess but soccer is it

 

Drive, have sex, listen to music. In that order......

 

In THAT order?












i thought listening to music would be number one.

 

Inthe winter snowbaording helps me relieve stress and relax. And in the summer I play golf and fish.

 

snowboarding and golf, not really 2 sports you see the same person enjoy very often heh
