Thats a new one but kind of interesting, I don't go to the movies alone often but when I do it is strangely relaxing. Thats assuming the people in the theater aren't punks who talk through the whole damn thing.

 

to releave stress, I try a couple different methods.

1) in the warm months, drive with the windows down, sunroof open, and some good tunes blasting.
2) Play shooters, I don't know why but killing people always makes me feel better, unless it's not my day then I just get angry.
3) Listen to some relaxing music, reggae, etc. always do the trick.
4)Hang out with my close friends
5) build a bonfire (only can happen when I'm camping)
6) Run to the hills ( Work out, it gets the endorphins(sp) or something like that going and relaxes you mass, and it's good for you)
7) Lift, same idea as running but not running.

Drinking a beer and smoking a nice cigar.

Grilling meat.

have music playing all the time, no matter what you are doing.

 

go to work, smoke, sex, sleep, leave my town, billard hall, and some other stuff that i cant remember.

also going for a walk, or run etc. really gets the anxiety out.
works wonders.

then sit back w/ some jack & cider while mellowing out w/ a stogie..

Thanks for all of the suggestions.

I think exercise would help, but I like to exercise outdoor, mainly - not so easy to do when it's in the mid thirties and raining / sleeting / snowing 60% of the time.

I walk with my grandma a LOT during the summer, though.
