lol... there's a gun show here this weekend - but I have spent so much in the past week that my wife has denied my access...

that's not true, I know my own self better - I can't afford to go...

 

So I went to the gun show but didn't really see anything that caught my eye and fit my budget. They are coming back in mid February so I will save up some more and hopefully get something then.

I have another question for you guys...I am interested in and entry level tactical handgun class. I have no military or police background but I feel like it would be a smart thing to know how shoot in different situations. Maybe even earn my concealed carry permit for VA. I also think it would be a hell of a good time! Has anyone done anything like this and do you know of any good courses that allow civilians with in driving distance of Virginia (read: North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland)? Thanks!

 

dont know of anything in that area but i just took my chl class the other weekend and it was very cool. in my class we didnt learn any tactics just law and basic shooting to pass the test. however i will be going back to the same guy next semester for tactical classes
