What do you carry?

If you get an Eagle in .357, it's going to be one of the easiest guns ever made to use due to the massive weight eating the recoil. I'd tend to lean more towards the Sig over the Glock, and the Walther you can't go wrong. Just make sure you get the groovy Walther laser for it, because it looks wicked cool!

So i have an XD 9 that i absolutely love it is perfect for a noob gun owner like me. It is my first handgun and I just use it for the range shooting (i guess if it came down to it I could use it for home defense as well). My next gun purchase will be a shotgun to shoot sporting clays. My girlfriends family is very into clays and have taken me a couple times, I have to admit it is a ton of fun. Does anyone here shoot clays alot? Any suggestions for an entry level shotgun that would be good for mostly sporting clays? I have no idea in terms of the price range I am looking at but in the economy the cheaper the better! Thanks in advance!

Not getting the mono-pod in the *** end - and the color scheme will be titanium gray with swat black furniture.

yeah - I already have the Springfield M1A1 Scout with a standard stock. Been looking for a better stock but everything I found that looked cool was not legal in CA.
This is going to run about $900 - it will have to wait until after Christmas - plus I'm doing some remodeling of the home atm... so money's a tad tight.
But I will get that stock - it sure is sweet.

Yeah, you don't need that scope, anyway. You can get one on eBay that looks just like it but only cost's $20. You're only paying for a name, right?
That is a pretty nice looking stock, I've never been much of a rifleman, but I'd hit that. I'm building my Saiga-12 right now so when it's all done, I'll throw up some pics. Pistol grip conversion ftw.

yeah, well you go cheap you get cheap - a friend bought a scope off ebay - a 10-40x50 if I remember. He has a 7mm he uses for hunting. First time he used it it fogged up - then it was worthless with moisture inside - paid like $90 for it and it was waste of money.
On my .22 I have simple Nikon on it - paid $120 - and it works great. But I want something with a good zoom/parallax adjustments so that's going to cost. lol...
May just go with a higher end Nikon. Walmart sells them for 15/20% less than the gun shops. So I'll look there first.
