I've been trap shooting the last few weekends with the new 12 gauge. This last weekend was the first time since I installed the Remington SuperCell recoil pad. It makes a noticeable difference with the target loads, and shooting #4 shot wasn't too bad. Over 200 shells fired and no redness or bruising at all on the shoulder.
I was just watching the movie "Lord of War", good flick.

Really....thats the first I've heard of anything breaking or malfunctioning on a XD.

It wasn't the XD that broke, it was the aftermarket grip.

I'm going to get a USP .40 as my next handgun, I like having guns that my fiancee can handle as well as I. She's glued to my side every time I'm at the range or in the gun shop. When she's old enough to carry, I'm giving her my 9000s .40 to carry because she loves that gun.

I like the H&Ks because they have ambi mag releases and safeties. This is good from me because I'm one of the 10 left handed shooters in America.

Oh no, the gun's superb - it's the Crimson Trace grip. There's a lip that it locks over and if you try to take the grip off it snaps apart. Not a truly good design.
