I take over 20 pills a day (all prescription) for all sorts of stuff, and I hardly ever get sick anymore. If I do get a cold I may sneeze once or twice but that's it.

 

Take a spoon full of honey everyday. Not the honey that you get in a supermarket, but honey that's pure, raw, and natrual. Also if you can drink tea with lemon and honey.

 

take one Daily Vitamin a day, also Two Vitamin C Chewables..
(2 chewables) means 1000 mgs of Vitamin C. This vitamin is water soluable (sp) so if you take to much your body will just **** it out...

Agree with others, Zinc is also very effective.

As for with the broncittus enjoy the antibiotics to avoid sinus and respitory infection while they treat you with Albuteral oral steriods, and some other stuff probably a codine based cough syrup

BTW cant really prevent it, just try to sleep alot and stay healthy to protect yourself as best as possible
