haha..the wind knocked out of you?? try dislocated shoulders..broken arms/ribs.. massive internal injuries, severe concussions... not sure if anyone ever died from one.. but there was VERY serious injuries. Some of those are going 50-55 mph and falling from 30-40ft... do the math haha.

Its not that theyre banned.. just not sold anymore.

that's when you gotta blame the rider for making the call to not let go. i've been behind some boats and had to bail at 50+mph and yeah, that does smart a tad. no, never 30 ft. above them, but if you want to feel the rush, you gotta be willing to pay the piper! i'd still like to try it!

I think that a couple of people have died so far and that is why the company quit selling them because they are going to get sued. Probably a couple of people die a year using trashbags too, but no one ever videos that.
