we need a new thread everything current is getting old. so this thread is to think of new thread titles and maybe some of them will come to be real things.

im all sorts of fucked up. i blame it on my parents (the obvious thing to do). I had no say in the construction of my genes. Very unfair. Thats why I don't plan to ever have kids.

CHEESE PLEASE!!!

here's an easy one to impress the ladies.

small size wheel of brie cheese.
carefully skim the top crust layer off. leave the rest in tact.
carefully slice it in half..like 2 pancakes.
then spread some basil pesto on the bottom half, then a thin layer of ricotta cheese and replace the top half.
enclose the entire thing in a puff pastry sheet (found in the freezer section, thaw it and bring to room temp)
bake it at 350 for about 30 min till brown.

 

then crap your brains out, or don't crap for a couple days with the amount of cheese you just ate. (whichever applies)
