if the previous owner sold and inclued in the sales pitch warranty was still good it may be fraud.

it is just hard to believe cosmetic changes would void the warranty. its not like u modded the engine
and then blew it.

how is the wording in the warranty regarding changes/mods?

u r in for a fight with either the seller/warranty co., but dont give up

seller told me he warranty was good. I called him and he said we both need to not give up on the warranty company but if we dont ge anywhere there then yeah, I will definatly be going to wan a refund of some sort fot the warranty that was part of why i bought this car from the seller.
