I've never seen that red interior... it is teh hawtness. :P

it could always get "stolen" near the end of the lease by a robber (me) who watches after it for a while til audi gives up? then you get it back... sound good? haha

Im so jealous! I love the feel of the S4 4.2 can only guess how great that car will be! Now working out the best way to get 350hp in a 2.8 probly supercharged because I don't want turbo lag and its much cheaper. A 2.8 cuz I can't stand the lack of off the line torque in the 1.8's.

Good luck getting 350hp in a 2.8... the PES system doesn't even hit 300, I don't think. A supercharger's going to give you 40-50% gain tops... to go from 190->350 is substantially more.

Sell the car and get an S4.... only way you're going to get 350+hp from an Audi V6 (with the obvious exception of the new supercharged 3.0L)

Being the 2.7 and the 2.8 are the same engine there's no reason I can't. The problem is money not how. If I want 350 I can do a custom Eaton M90 supercharger w/ built and stroked 3.0. The cost wouldn't be cheap but everything but the parts to mount the supercharger are available and I happen to have some friends that own a machine shop. I don't know where I would have it tuned or which engine management I would use. I just need to find out if I can do this for under 10k or not.

2.7 and 2.8 arent the same engines. the 2.7 is more like the 1.8t than the 2.8. Theres alot more to the 2.7T than 2 turbos and some piping. If you want an easily tunable audi that has some displacemnt and is also forced induction the S4 is where you should turn. Unless your spending ludacris ammounts of money on completely boring out the motor and building it the 2.8 isnt going to compare to a STOCK 2.7t. And even then your better off building a 2.7 and putting it in an s4.

the 2.8 isnt a tuner car, its a daily driver.

If your dead set on keeping your car your best and cheapest bet would be an S4 APB swap.

IDK, b5 S4s are less expensive nowadays. For the price to complete a full swap you could get a good condition S4 with 100ką

Thats true, in the past 2-3 years prices have plumeted. Right now i could buy a stage 3+ S4 with lots of good mods for what i spent on my S4 in May 06. Kind of depressing but iv still got low miles and im going stage 3 this spring so its all good.
