those dryer sheets in there?

Exhaling thru a plastic bottle with dryer sheets in it masks the smell of weed.

As long as your high. Everyone else smells weed, but being high you SWEAR its the best invention EVAR.

hahah its a blow tube. dryer sheets in a water bottle with holes in the bottom, blow smoke through it and it smells like you did laundry lol. i dont even smoke and i know that

That's a type of filter to avoid the smell... If the sister is 13 she's probably just wants to mask the smell of cigarrette smoke. Don't jump to conclusions to quick, hopefully she's just poppin tobacco early.
