She probably isn't going to do it anyway. She just needed to feed the hype machine. And it's not about skill, but about upper body strength to handle a stock car for 500mi.

 

i think she would have to train for it but is capable of it. Not sure she would do well at it.


And ive seen NASCAR and IRL and Champ Car in person and trust me champ car and IRL are 100x better than NASCAR, i dont care how close they are, in Champ and IRL they pass 200 mph and then slam the brakes to slow to 50 for the first corner.

 

I've seen those cars in person for years too, but that is not the point. I'm not talking about which one is better or worse or faster or slower. I'm talking about the fact that it is more difficult to turn a stock car because of the way the car is set up than it is to turn one of those open wheel cars. That's it. Forget all the rest. Miss 105lb driver can steer a glorified go-kart. Things get a bit more difficult when trying to turn an armored school bus. I don't know how else to say it.

 

i already agreed with u, i say that at her current fitness point she couldnt but with some training she could, how long that would take i dont know.

i'd kind of like to see her go to nascar just to see how she does. i really don't think she's an impressive driver at all. she hasn't won a race since her carting days! that's a long time ago. aj allmendinger dominated her when they were together in atlantics, now he's dominating champ car, and she's a middle of the road irl driver. i do think she's fit enough to drive the car for that long, may just need to bulk up the upper body a bit.

i may actually watch nascar next year to see how montoya does. i really hate the sport, but i want to see him get in there and win. he was always my favorite driver at williams, but the last few years he's fallen off a lot and i think his time in f1 just ran out. i still like the guy though.

 

I hate Montoya hes such a dick. and i see u caught ur typo with F1, i was gonna say she could never hack it in F1, MS would just rape her on every lap. God would it be funny,

I was simply stating that i find all racing on T.V. incredibly boring, but enjoyed being at the track when I went. I'm glad to hear an IRL race is 100x better than a nascar race. Maybe I'll make my way to indy onces i get some vacation days.

i don't see why you got so defensive over it. If it makes you feel any better i haven't seen a nascar race in over 5 years and don't really plan on watching it anytime soon

 

ppl bad mouthing racing b/c of NASCAR is a pet peeve of mine, but i didnt read it that u were saying all racing on TV sucked and is Better in person.
