LOL that's cool.
People who automatically call BS on stuff like that need to consider what would be more difficult - actually doing the trick, or editing a low quality video so perfectly and thoroughly that it isn't blatantly obvious that it was edited? For one thing, there's the shadow that JP pointed out; plus you'd have to animate the bat as it spins in mid air, and make the guy's hands appear to let go, and animate them so as to appear to move away from the bat and then grab it again. Not to mention, you'd have to have set up the shot perfectly just so as to have usable footage in the first place. IMO, way easier to just flip a bat in mid air and videotape it.
