The acknowledged inventor of cars in the automobile industry is Karl Benz and Gottlieb Daimler. On January 29th, 1886, Karl Benz gained the automobile manufacturing patent with an internal-combustion engine pedicab. And with the development of the society, automobile is not only acted as the transportation tool, different kinds of trucks are invented to meet people's requirements.
The automobiles constitute three main categories in terms of its purpose, passenger automobile, trucks and vehicle for special purpose. Passenger automobile constitutes saloon car, passenger car, sightseeing bus, etc. Truck is used to carry cargo and goods, and it constitutes three parts,(1)General trucks: according to its carrying weight, it can be constituted of light truck(less than 3.5t), medium truck(more than 4-8t), heavy truck(more than 8t).(2)Special truck: it is the varied type of general truck, such as tank truck.(3)Tipper or dumper truck: It can automatically unload the bulk goods and solid goods, such as coal, sand, etc. tractor: A tractor is a vehicle specifically designed to deliver a high tractive effort at slow speeds, for the purposes of hauling a trailer or machinery used in agriculture or construction. The most common use of the term is for the vehicles used on farms. The farm tractor is used for pulling or pushing agricultural machinery or trailers, for plowing, tilling, disking, harrowing, planting, and similar tasks. Generally speaking, no passengers will hitching this kind of vehicle; vehicle for special purpose can constitute the vehicles used for construction, such as the concrete mixture, road roller, etc. And the vehicles used for agriculture and public utilities management, racing car, etc.
At present, with the price rise of the oil and the steel, as well as the environmental pollution caused by the exhaust gas generated by vehicles, People have realized the crisis, so I am convinced that the unprecedented vehicles with low fuel consumption and low exhaust gas will be produced in the near future.
