The only problem I have with the NSX is that, even though NO ONE wants the damn thing, the frikkin price STILL won't come down far enough for ME to afford one...[:@]

Great car but completely underpowered and over-priced.

Handles great though.

I was driving my STi going S294 in Chicago minding my own business when this young punk kid comes flying up behind me in a bright yellow NSX, two feet from my bumper. WTF?

I was just cruising at about 60mph in 6th and so I dropped to 4th, and put about 8 car lengths on him immediately. His face was priceless as I slowed right down to let him pass by.

 

Don't mean to be funny, but if the chap behind is not aware that you will be booting it, then you will get 8 lenghts! It gets to 60 in 5 seconds, and on to 170... Yeah..really underpowered... The NSX will wipe the flor with the sti, especially when over 40mph...

 

not saying that its underpowered.. just overpriced and old style body is unappealing

 

No.. Mr Quattro is. The figures are supposed to be 280 bhp, but the gentlemans agreement is rarely adhered to. Most Supras when dynoed are nearer to 300 bhp rather than 280 that is the published figure. An STI, unless very modded, etc, will not get 8 lengths on an NSX, unless the NSX never bothered putting his foot down!
