Thats rediculous... the toureg itself weighed 7 tons... 4.3 tonnes of metal ballast... how were the wheels and tires holding that much weight...

i beleive that the engine could pull it, but id like to see it in a video or something

Actually, it's 3.5 tonnes - it's 2000 lbs per ton, mate

My flatbed tow trucks are 15,000 lbs GVW- that's 7.5 tonnes

But even at a 6000 lb curbweight - that's 1000 heavier than a Ford F150! [:-]
