Panda your right, i did a test and you can only vote once like you said. I added the option of Mulitple Selections so you can vote once but on more than one person hope that makes sense and helps out

Okay, so the way i found out to do it is... add a Poll option that will have 0 votes, and delete the rest, then add them all again, then delete the extra option, this will reset the votes to zero so everyone will have to vote again
