I have the same problem... with my vision. I have floaters as well.
They really do float, too... they end up at a different place everytime. Ive learned to cope with this **** but it gets annoying.

I was looking at the screen and one of them looke just like if you had a fly on your camera lense.

well went to the doc the other day and I now have 20/15 in the bad eye. I feel really sorry for you guys that only have 20/20 cus it is still blury as hell, anyway, I guess It's what you get used to.
