You need to douple apply some RAIN-X, or sunthin, to that glass before you roll, in case it DOES rain on D-Day (Drive-day, that is)!

 

Yea, that's good advice, I've started a small list of things to do a couple days before the rally. I will definatly do that. I just changed the oil with full synthetic a little while ago (500 miles), but I'm going to do it again about a week before the drive. Thanks

Whens the next test run????

 

good start to a good trip. keep it up it will be here in no time

 

I will do another test run when I get the suction cup mount for the outside of the car from Redgoat. This will allow me to get some pretty good shot's, and I will make a video that has all different kind's of camera angles. Redgoat said he might be coming up for the drive, and that would be great to have a camera man! I can only get some many different angles if I'm by myself, because I would only be able to change the camera's when I stop for gas. Even then, I don't really have that long to stop and mess around. In order for me to meet my time goal, I'm going to have to be really flying, and watching the clock. I just got a GPS unit, so you guys can see some of the top speeds I hit on the straight away's. The final video is going to be all tricked out, it will probably take me a couple of days to do. If there are any video editing nut's in the Seattle area, would be great if you could stop by and help me out with the final cut!

dam.... that was a long video... lol, seems like a pretty fun drive though. sucks that it was raining, how fast did you go on that street??? but anyways, can't wait to see the real video~!
