take a picture of the tattoo.. bury it in your wallet.. 6 months later pull it out.. odds are you wont really like it as much as you did before.. you just wont think it looks as cool.. but if you do then you know its a tattoo that you can live with..

i waited on mine, thought i was being pretty smart about it considering a lot of people will later regret their decision, went for lower back because its a sensual place on a woman and yet can be hidden...went for meaningful, trying to get away from chaos in my life, decided on "inner peace" in Japanese (avatar)...
over a year of thinking about it i finally did it...came to work and showed it to one of the guys i work with and he had this horrible dirty smile on his face because he thought i had "enter please" right above my ***....
still love it though
