Default At&t ftl

So I switched to an iPhone last month and so far I have had these problems.

1. Data package was not added to my phone so I had a 1 or 4k bill... I guess that triggered a warning and they found out before me and notified me they were fixing it.

2. iPhone mic only works on speaker phone... need to go to an Apple store to resolve this w/ out sending in my phone and not having a phone for a few days. Unresolved at this point.

3. This months bill 399.00 I was charged for data again on the 19th when I have the mandatory unlimited data iPhone plan. I am on the phone trying to resolve this right now but I must say I am NOT happy w/ AT&T so far.

Well I got them down to 137. My bill is only supposed to be 100 something but I have a headache and I don't wanna argue about it. I still have to pay my final bill on my old verizon contract too.... ugh..

Nic, I have a crappy AT&T phone you can have that will work for a few days while you send yours out. You'll just have to stop by the retailer to get a sim dropped in it since yours wont work. You'd have to do this regardless with a temp. I even think you have to do it when switching from one Iphone to another. Lemme know if you want it. It's yours......

I realize that. The mic problem is software related. I updated it to 2.3 an hour ago and Keith/ Tifun reports it working alright. So looks like it's taken care of finally.

I haved my iPhone 2g for just over a year now and no problems yet; couldnt be happier with the phone and service. Gotta love only paying $10 (as compared to 3g $30) a month extra for the iphone data since it doesnt use 3g.
