I do find it kind of amusing, though. I watched the first Presidential debate with my parents, and most of the VP debate (it's recorded - I just haven't finished it). I missed the last one, though.

No one said exactly where the money is going or how it's being split up.

Creating credit out of thin air would only extend the problem over a longer period of time.

I agree, but it should be based on the profits of a company and should be limited for individuals.

It will be a slow trickle. The people that need it the most are at the very bottom of the trickle and will see it last. Specialty and mom and pop shops may never see any of it.

People over exagerrate the problem and horde cash, which in turn affects their daily lives. The larger portion of the population use the stock market for the long term.

To an extent, but when it affects a large number of the population, the government should do something to protect the people. If that means helping the company, so be it.
