OK maybe I have a larger thresh holder for pain but I had mine removed. That night I went out to the clubs, with no chipmonk face. The next morning I woke up and played paintball for 6 hours and then played baseball that night. Honestly you have nothing to worry about it. I took no pain killers and I was fine. Personally I don't like pain killers. I just got over my busted rib and my girl and roomate took more painkillers than me, don't get perkiset unless you just want to pass out.

Had mine removed at 16. First i had my regular doctor take one out. 1h15 later he finally had it out. I decided to go to a clinic to get the rest out, supposed to take 20 minutes o get 4 out and staying my mouth open for that long for just 1 was not fun.
SoI went to the clinic, got a local anesthesia, after 10 minutes cutting and dicing and breaking just to get one tooth out. The doctor left, I heard them talking and after a minute felt a pinch in my arm and a tingle sensation. A few seconds alter I was out cold. 40minutes later the last 3 teeth were out... Apparently, the 'wisdom tooth to be' can be tricky to get a hold of. Pulling teeth should be easier. I personally hate steak that night even if every bite tasted like blood...
Oh wait a minute, we were supposed to cheer you on. Nevermind what I just wrote, no problem mate, easy as pie!

the drugs they put you under with are great. i had mine taken out 2 summers ago and it was fine. just had a few holes in my mouth because they hadnt come in at all for a few weeks

 

It went fine, the surgery. not as bad as i thought it would be lol. i tried to fight and stay awake from the stuff they put you to sleep with but man is it potent lol, awesome buzz haha. so now I on pain meds and holding a ice pack to my face. putting all my piercings back in was such a chore..

Got all 4 pulled earlier this afternoon, not as bad as I thought it would be. My cheeks are packed full of gauze. Yeah, the stuff they give you to knock you out, very potent. I was out in less than 30 sec.
