The SUNDAY morning thread...

I want to race the CQ but if I can't figure out why she's running so slow I will have to run the b5 for the 1st week which will then effect my overall points for the year

Screw it, just run the CQ and maybe you'll pick up some insight into why it's running as it is. The points it costs you could be worthwhile, and maybe you just need to blow the cobwebs and **** out of it.
I'm in at work today on voluntary double-time (who wouldn't volunteer?!), finishing hour 3 of a planned 5-hour stay, then off to wash the car and get a few things fine at home.
My life is the anti-excitement.

Oh I'm definitely not knocking the pay. Rather have gotten up at 5 and taken a drive through the hills and back roads, stopped for coffee somewhere, and then detailed the car but a) washing the car when it's 12 degrees out isn't the best plan; b) I need to restock my detailing stuff; and c) I don't make bank doing that. I'm on day 14 of a planned 25-day run of working every day. Gonna see if I can finance our entire vacation in April (8th through 17th) completely on overtime pay and not touch "normal" money lol.

Came home from work to find my living room populated with children that don't belong to me (yay sleepovers?). Now I'm parenting aforementioned children and watching cartoons while the wifey gets to sleep in.
hoping spring comes back soon.
happy Sunday everyone
