I'm feelin you, homeeeee. Left here at midnight, last night, after pullin' a 12; just to return at 0800 (well, 0745, 'cuz you gotta B on shift early, 'SPECIALLY if you're teh Supe) for a double. Off at 2330, home by 0100, if I'm lucky; and off to my "day" job NLT 0600 on Monday.
fridays 0715-1530 Guard 1600-2400 PD then hour drive home and
saturday morning 0715-1530 guard sleep
sunday 0715-1530 guard 1600-2400 PD
monday 0715-1530 guard sleep
tuesday 0715-1530 guard 1600-2400 PD
Wed,Thurs=recovery and all over again!

We just keep goin until the psychotic episodes outnumber lucid days, then we're hunted down like the hero in a Wesley Snipes movie!

I was working 7 but my PD required me I have to have 48 hours straight of no work each week do to some stupid law about firearms and lack so sleep!

I'm planning on going back and getting registered for armed posts, again, later on this spring. Along with adding a GSA certification, too. Between those, my military experience, and 3+ years of supervisory experinece, on this site... I should be able to find a nice armed spot payin $25-$30/hr. P/T hours'll be more than enough, for me; and, I'll have a decent fall-back employment option, to boot.

We have a tv but it only get local channels... And I forgot my xbox today!
