i am serious....but it's some pretty nasty stuff. i'll take a pic of it and post it tomorrow.
i'm sure it has to be taken down by someone not allergic to it. i wouldn't feel right about subjecting you to that.
but if he gets it, maybe you could offer him an oatmeal bath and calamine rubdown.......
In all seriousness, go around the bottom of the tree and cut all the vines. if it is not connected at all to the ground, it will die. but don't just make a cut, actualy make sure to cut a space between each severed end of each vine to ensure that they cant grow back together. this will work.

this will NOT work.
i did EXACTLY THAT!! severed each and every vine with a hand sawat the base of the tree with at least a 1/4 gap. then took some poison ivy spray and gave the cut roots a little drink. all this got me was a patch of poison ivy on my arm and leg that lasted for about 3 weeks!! i ain't doin that again!! i put a pic of the tree in my gallery.

Federal minimum wage is $5.85/hr. Some states, including CA, have higher minimum wages. CA's minimum wage right now is $7.50/hr. San Francisco's minimum wage is $9.14/hr, cause of the higher cost of living there. Here's a complete list of minimum wages:

Thanks for posting that. I can't believe how low it is in some states. And it's even worse in some of the U.S.-owned islands.

LOL @ Kansas. $2.65! That's $100/week at 40 hours! That whole state is such a sh!tpiece on so many levels. If I ever have to drive somewhere and Kansas is between me and my destination I will literally take the time and gas to drive around it. [:'(]

Is it because the low living cost in Kansas?

You should probably consider stopping there and take advantage of the low gas price!
